THE HELP Must See Movie for African-Americans

I am encouraging African-Americans to reconsider their decision not to support of even view the movie "The Help."  The movie is current available on DVD and Blu- ray and has been nominated for Sag and Golden Globe awards including best actress for Viola Davis.

As a race of people African-Americans are currently losing ground on hard fought battles for equality, jobs, housing, education, and voting rights. We must use our God given talents and common sense to save ourselves. Since the election of this nation's first "Black" president Barack Obama many in politics are openly stating "that they want to take their country back."

The Help is a great tool to use to remind us and our children of some of the possible implications of cries by white politicians to take their country back mean. It is also a tool to use to encourage and educate our children and their friends to strive to achieve academic, political, personal, and financial success from an early age. Lastly is also an excellent tool to motivate us to put on your matching shoes and work to re-elect President Obama in order for him to continue his vision of moving this country forward by achieving equality and justice for ALL Americans including us.

NOTE: Picture of actress Viola Davis and Vera Richardson was taken by my daughter Julieannah in January 2009 at the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood, CA.

Get Over it Barack Obama is African-American (BLACK) and the President!

President Obama has endured hate speech, disrespectful congressional members, threats, and nonstop criticism for three years.  I believe that most of the criticism is based mainly on the fact that he doesn't look like the other previous forty-three presidents.

When will the Republican Party, conservatives, and Tea Party members realize and accept the fact that Obama is a Christian who has declared his faith on countless occasions and that he believes in God? I believe that President Obama knows that it was God who made it possible for a self proclaimed African-American to become president and commander-in-chief of the United States of America.

It is time for those who hate President Obama or dislike him because of the color of his skin to get over it. He is your president too. More importantly it is time for the "main stream" media to stop making these unworthy criticism stories of people who dislike the President Obama because of his race "NEWS. "The latest none worthy story includes the statement that President Obama didn't mention God during his Thanksgiving speech.

In his November 24, 2011, weekly address President Obama stated in part: "From my family to yours, I’d like to wish you a happy Thanksgiving. Like millions of Americans, Michelle, Malia, Sasha and I will spend the day eating great food, watching a little football and reflecting on how truly lucky we truly are.

As Americans, each of us has our own list of things and people to be thankful for. But there are some blessings we all share.

I know that for many of you, this Thanksgiving is more difficult than most. But no matter how tough things are right now, we still give thanks for that most American of blessings, the chance to determine our own destiny. The problems we face didn’t develop overnight, and we won’t solve them overnight. But we will solve them. All it takes is for each of us to do our part.

With all the partisanship and gridlock here in Washington, it’s easy to wonder if such unity is really possible. But think about what’s happening at this very moment: Americans from all walks of life are coming together as one people, grateful for the blessings of family, community, and country.

So today, I’m thankful to serve as your President and Commander-and-Chief. I’m thankful that my daughters get to grow up in this great country of ours. And I’m thankful for the chance to do my part, as together, we make tomorrow better than today.

Thanks, and have a wonderful Thanksgiving."

Anyone who is finds a reason to complain about the content of President Obama’s Thanksgiving Speech is not being fair and or has other motives for their criticism. I thank God for President Obama and his vision of equality and justice for this nation. I am also thankful during this Thanksgiving weekend that we have a president who is willing to seek reelection after enduring relentless criticism and a media that reports many of those unworthy and unjust criticism as NEWS.

Dear President Obama: We Can’t Wait the Civil Right Act of 1964 needs to be amended again

President Obama we can’t wait the Civil Right Act of 1964 needs to be amended again. The Herman Cain alleged work place sexual harassment news coverage present you the perfect time to once again address and correct unlawful work place behavior that harms minorities emotionally and financially. President Obama I believe that we can’t wait until next year or your next term in office to address employment discrimination and the toll that it has on African-Americans.
On January 29, 2009, you signed the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Restoration Act which amended the Civil Rights Act of 1964.  Like Ledbetter based on my belief that other Civil Rights Act of 1964 employment discrimination and retaliation victims will unjustly be denied a jury trial I am still fighting. As you stated in your remarks the day that you signed the Ledbetter Act Ledbetter didn’t give up fighting for a just cause. Just like Ledbetter I too could have given up and avoided the unimaginable pain and depression  that continues to occur in my life fourteen years after initially filing my Pro-Se lawsuit, ten years after the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit refused to reverse the unjust dismissal of my lawsuit, and nine years after the United States Supreme Court refused to review, remanded, and/or reverse the dismissal of my case.

During your remark on the Ledbetter bill you stated in part: ”It is fitting that with the very first bill I sign - the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Restoration Act - we are upholding one of this nation's first principles: that we are all created equal and each deserve a chance to pursue our own version of happiness. Lilly Ledbetter didn't set out to be a trailblazer or a household name. She was just a good hard worker who did her job - and did it well - for nearly two decades before discovering that for years, she was paid less than her male colleagues for the very same work. Now, Lilly could have accepted her lot and moved on. She could have decided that it wasn't worth the hassle and harassment that would inevitably come with speaking up for what she deserved. But instead, she decided that there was a principle at stake, something worth fighting for. So she set out on a journey that would take more than ten years, take her all the way to the Supreme Court, and lead to this bill which will help others get the justice she was denied.”

For more than five years I have pleaded and begged CNN, Soledad Obrien, 60 Minutes, Dateline NBC, Oprah, Jessie Jackson, Congressman Shelia Jackson-Lee, Tavis Smiley, Clinton in her role as Senator of New York to review my factual allegations of employment discrimination and abuse of power by Eliot Spitzer (filing seven perjured summary judgment motion declarations) and his staff at the New York State Attorney General Office.
I believe that my racism experience detailed in my book sheds light on employment discrimination and retaliation. That light will reveal that salutary purpose of summary judgment (to avoid unnecessary trials) and the rights of all Americans to a jury trial can both be accomplished with a well written and defined amendment to the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Amending the Civil Rights Act again would prevent one judge from having the absolute power to grant summary judgment motions that dismiss discrimination and retaliation cases.

Herman Cain is Being Victimized by Racism

Racism is playing a big part in the media and the Republican Party efforts to use alleged sexual harassment allegations and settlement agreements that happened in the 90’s to end Herman Cain’s hope of being the Republican nominee for the Oval Office.

There is a double standard in the way discrimination and sexual harassment is covered by the media in this country. When the alleged victim(s) is "White" they are given an opportunity to present their story and case to the nation and media. On the other hand true African-American victim’s cries for justice are ignored and discredited by any means necessary.

I am one of many African-Americans who have been victimized at work (employment discrimination). No one appears to be interested getting the facts in my case or holding my abusers accountable for their actions.I challenge any media network or media personality to investigate and report on my racial and sexual motivated employment discrimination and retaliation experience and the fact that I was victimized by
Eliot Spitzer and the New York State Attorney General’s Office .

Dear Herman Cain: Racism Does Hurts

NOTE:  This video was accidentally recorded while I was listening to another video that I recorded as a video response to Shirley Sherrod’s July 2010 discrimination firing experience.  I am crying in the video because of Sherrod’s personal painful racism history and the pain that racism (employment discrimination) caused me. Today, November 5, 2011, I am still suffering emotionally, financially, and physically, from my employment discrimination and retaliation experience with New York State Department of Correctional Services which violated Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended and Eliot Spitzer’s actions that denied me a jury trial.

Now that past allegations of sexual harassment have surfaced against Herman Cain he is realizing what many victims of racism have always known RACE does matter in America. During an October 9, 2011, appearance on CNN’s” State of the Union” Herman Cain responding to African Americans struggling economically in America stated in part:  "They weren't held back because of racism. People sometimes hold themselves back because they want to use racism as an excuse for them not being able to achieve what they want to achieve."

My Video: I was There When President Obama Celebrates Martin Luther King’s Life and Death

It was an honor and a great pleasure for me to be a part of the remarkable audience of like minded supporters of President Obama and Dr. King an their vision of equality and justice for all Americans. President Obama reminded this nation and the world that change didn’t come easy for Dr. King. In fact 50 years after Kings historic Civil Rights Match his work still isn’t done i.e. the top one percent in America controls forty percent of America’s wealth.

Seeking Justice For Perjured Declarations Filed in Court by Eliot Spitzer and New York Attorney General's Office

I am an African-American female. My life should have been an American success story. I was born black and poor in rural north Florida to an unwed mother. We were too poor to even have an outhouse - we had to share my grandmother’s outdoor toilet. As a child I worked in tobacco fields and one year worked as a migrant worker. As a migrant worker I picked peaches, apples, and harvested tomatoes and cabbages. As an underdog born into poverty I managed to achieve my dream of graduating from college and having what should have been a great career with New York State Department of Corrections. My dream and my life were shattered by employment discrimination.

My case was my personal discriminatory experience until the New York State Attorney General under the leadership of Eliot Spitzer filed perjured declarations in a court of law in this country. In my book ” Screwed by Former Governor and Attorney General Eliot Spitzer I detail my life, my horrific hostile work environment experience, and my Pro-Se legal battle with Eliot Spitzer.

I am still suffering emotionally, financially, and physically, from my employment discrimination and retaliation experience with New York State Department of Correctional Services which violated Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended and Eliot Spitzer. New York State Attorney General’s Office an agency with a Civil Right Bureau filed SEVEN perjured declarations in a Civil Right Act of 1964 Title VII (employment discrimination) case. Based on the perjured declarations and/or disposition testimony of Lee Gould, Personnel Director of New York State Department of Correctional Services, Sgt William Reed, Superintendent A. Andrews, Mike Russo, Assistant New York Attorney General, Gerald Goncalves (Affirmative Action) and Deputy Supt of Administration James Berbary, filed with Eliot Spitzer’s summary judgment motion my employment discrimination case was unjustly dismissed.

I would like to be made whole by New York State Governor Cuomo because I have exhausted all avenues of judiciary redress i.e. my appeal to the United States Supreme Court was denied.

Every Republicans Goal is to Make Pres Obama a One Term President

On October 23, 2010, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell stated: “the single most important thing we want to achieve is for President Obama to be a one-term President.” During an July 2011 interview on Fox News Sunday, McConnell confirmed that goal with the statement: “Well that is true, [making Obama a one-term President is] my single most important political goal along with every active Republican in the country. Therefore it is imperative that every minority not be fooled. With Republican legislatures around the country attempting to make voting more difficult in poor and minority communities, the election in 2012 matters more than ever! African-Americans must become active and make it their personal goal to deny the Republican their declared objective to defeat President Obama in 2012.

Vera Richardson's Divine Encounter with Martin Luther King III

On October 15, 2011, while attending Rev Al Sharpton's match for jobs and justice in Washington, DC, I had a brief but divine appointment with one of Dr. King’s sons Martin Luther King III. I spoke to him and told him that his father was a great man. My appointment was divine because it confirmed the reason that I was created by God. My divine purpose is to shed light on employment discrimination in general and my employment and discrimination experience in particular.

Approximately fifty years ago  my uneducated mother was fired   from working on a tobacco farm in Quincy, Florida. According to Mr. Carter my mother was fired for mentioning “ that nigger’s name Dr. Martin Luther King on his farm.”

The facts that my mother was fired because of her beliefs in racial equality and I was fired by New York State Department of Correctional Services a year after filing a lawsuit alleging employment discrimination and retaliation are not a coincidence. In my complaint I charged New York State Departments of Corrections and Civil Services with violating Title VII (employment discrimination) of The Civil Rights Act of 1964 as amended. Although my lawsuit was unjustly dismissed it was possible because of Dr. Martin Luther King Junior's life and death that resulted in the passing of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

Lastly, I believe that my employment discrimination experience and lawsuit which I detailed in my book “Screwed by Former Governor and Attorney General Eliot Spitzer” sheds light on employment discrimination and retaliation. That light reveals that salutary purpose of summary judgment (to avoid unnecessary trials) and the right to a jury trial can both be accomplished with a well written and defined amendment to the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Amending the Civil Rights Act again would prevent one judge from having the absolute power to grant summary judgment motions that dismiss Civil Rights Act of 1964 employment discrimination and retaliation cases.

Al Sharpton's DC March for Jobs and Justice - This is What Democracy Looks Like

I am excited about the 2012 election because African-Americans responded to calls for action by Rev. Al Sharpton and the Martin Luther King Memorial committee and came to our nation's capitol by the thousands.  I came to Washington, DC from Houston, Texas to make and witness history being made.  I am so glad that I made the sacrifice and made my way to the national mall. I meet and  talked to African-Americans from New Jersey, New York, Georgia, Ohio, and North Carolina.

Senator Reid Force the Republican to Filibuster The American Job Act Again

I believe that it is time for Reid, President Obama, and the Democrats to fight for the passing of the entire American Job Act bill as hard and successfully as George W. Bush and the Republicans fought to confirm John Roberts as Chief Justice of the United Supreme.

I oppose breaking the bill into provision and bringing those individual provisions up for a vote in the Senate. Reid should schedule the entire bill again and Pres Obama and Democratic national committee, Moveon.org and other progressive groups should all run ads showing how often the Republicans have abused the filibuster to prevent President Obama from delivering on his 2008 campaign promises.

Bringing the entire bill up again in the Senate and making the Republicans and two (fake) Democrats vote once again to deny allowing debate on the bill in the Senate will ultimately help to pass the bill. Senators who oppose doing everything humanly possible to ease the suffering of 14 million unemployment Americans a second time will be hard pressed to explain those votes during national and world wide new coverage of their continued dysfunctional party. Additionally, their action will lead to the re-election of President Obama in 2012.

Speaker Boehner Pass President Obama's American Job Act Bill Now

John Boehner’s refusal to cooperate with President Obama and his American Job Act is an example of hypocrisy and/or lying. John Boehner lied during his November 2, 2010, midterm election speech when he said: “"The people’s priorities will be our priorities. The people’s agenda will be our agenda. This is our Pledge to America; this is our pledge to you.”

According to a September 8-11, 2011, Gallup poll: Sixty-seven percent of American rank jobs and the economy as the most important problem facing America. Only twelve percent listed the federal budget deficit as the most important problem. Yet Boehner and his party are still placing their will and goal (making President Obama a one term president) over the welfare of this nation and the world.

When will Speaker Boehner honor his pledge to America? How many jobs have been created since John Boehner became Speaker of the House of Representatives?

Boehner needs to change course the federal budget deficit is not the most important issue facing this nation. The American People want and needs jobs. Speaker Boehner should pass the American Job Act bill with deliberate speed.

Click to find your congressional representatives and contact him or her and post an I-Report on CNN.com and tell him "to pass The American Job Act Bill."

President Obama’s 2012 Re-Election is More Important than His 2008 Election

When Barack Obama ran for President in 2008, it was an historic election. The prospect of voting for America's first African-American president brought black folks to the polls who had never voted before. People voted early, stood in long lines, some were in wheelchairs or on walkers -- but the passion and enthusiasm were palpable in black communities across America.

The rights and opportunities that our ancestors marched for finally came to fruition on election night, November 4, 2008, when the votes were cast and the T.V. networks announced that Barack Obama had been elected the 44th President of the United States. Tears of joy were shed across America by young and old.

Some of us mistakenly thought that, with President Obama's election, we had finally arrived. We could take it easy and not have to press so hard for our rights to be affirmed.

We underestimated the backlash from the opposition. Those who did not vote for Obama and who thought a black man would never occupy the White House -- either through prejudice, ignorance or defiance of authority -- quickly rose up in anger and indignation. The Tea Party was formed and we've seen their influence on politics in general and the Republican Party, in particular.

In his September 24, 2011, speech to the Congressional Black Caucus, President Obama was speaking for me and to me when he said, “Throughout our history, change has often come slowly. Progress often takes time. I never promised easy. Easy has never been promised to us. But we’ve had faith. We have had faith. We’ve had that good kind of crazy that says you can’t stop matching.”

“Even when folks were hitting you over the head you can’t stop matching. Even when they’re turning the hoses on you, you can’t stop. Even when somebody fires you for speaking out, you can’t stop. Even when it looks like there’s no way, you find a way—you can’t stop. Through the mud and muck and the driving rain, we don’t stop. Because we know the rightness of our cause-widening the circle of opportunities, increasing each other’s prosperity. We know our cause is just. It’s a righteous cause.”

It will be difficult to duplicate the magic of the 2008 campaign, but we can't afford to sit down -- you have to put on your marching shoes once again and work to re-elect President Obama in 2012! You need to not only vote, but work in the trenches to put President Obama back in the White House for four more years.

Don't be fooled. With Republican legislatures around the country attempting to make voting more difficult in poor and minority communities, the election in 2012 matters more than ever!

Here's why President Obama's re-election is important:

1. He cares about ordinary people -- the poor, middle class and those hardest hit by the recession.

2. He can keep the right-wing forces from enacting discriminatory policies and enacting more voter suppression legistration accross America.

3. He can appoint more federal and Supreme Court justices who are sensitive to the needs of blacks and other minorities.

4. The presence of the Obama First Family in the White House is an important positive symbol for our young people and others around the world.

5. America needs President Obama's continued outstanding foreign policy experience during an unstable international environment.

President Obama has instituted "Operation Vote" to make it easier for African-American communities to organize for 2012. What are you willing to do?

Here are some things you can do to help with President Obama's re-election:

1. Make sure you have the proper documents to vote by securing a state-issued driver's license or photo I.D., if you don't already have one.

2. Sign up as a voting registrar and register people to vote in your neighborhood.

3. Host a fundraiser for President Obama in your home or through one of your community organizations; and/or send a personal contribution to his re-election campaign online.

4. Post information via social media like Facebook and Twitter encouraging your friends to vote for President Obama's re-election.

5. Encourage your church or pastor to host voter registration drives.

6. Stay informed about the presidential election campaign by watching news broadcasts each day.

7. Voice you support for President Obama’s agenda and vision for this country on popular blog sites, radio and television websites, youtube, and CNN.com I-Reports.

8. Write letters to the editor or commentaries in support of President Obama and submit them to your local daily newspaper.

It will take a concerted effort from all of us to get President Obama re-elected. Put on your marching shoes and let's get to work!

Oh really? A Hostile Work Environment for Females Working for President Obama

On September 20, 2011, author Ron Suskind appeared on the Morning Joe Show to discuss his new book “Confidence Men: Wall Street, Washington and the Education of a President.” One of the allegations discussed was that  the Obama’s White House is a hostile environment for females.  I  don’t believe that President Obama would allowed anyone on his staff to violated civil rights laws as they related to women.
For three years  I was a victim of a continued hostile work environment. I believe that Suskind’s book and the current media pundits that appear to accept his White House hostile work  environment claims are doing a disservice to true victims of employment discrimination in general and hostile work environment in particular.

I don’t believe that Obama's White House is a hostile environment for females. Even if  Anita Dunn said "This place would be in court for a hostile workplace" that doesn't make it true or factual. The duration of the unlawful behavior (discrimination and retaliation) frequency of the behavior and an employer refusal to take corrective action to end the unlawful behavior are factors that would be used to evaluate if a hostile wk environment existed at the White House.

African-Americans Support President Obama and Save Yourself and Your Children!

Many African-Americans who voted in 2008 didn’t vote during the 2010 midterm elections. Our failure to vote in 2010 has made it very difficult for President Obama to lead and govern after the Republican gained control of the House of Representatives.

President Obama is currently working very hard to improve the economy including the unemployment crisis in African-American communities. In order to achieve his objective of reducing the unemployment rate he needs to have Congress approve “The American Job Act Bill.”

Once again Congressional Republicans don’t appear to be interested in putting the economic welfare of this nation and millions of it citizens before their political party. Instead of passing "The American Job Act"  they are voicing political talking points. According to the Party of NO "the job bill" is Obama's way of getting another stimulus package passed.  Many of them will not even refer to the bill as "The American Job Act Bill."

In order to work around the dysfunctional political process President Obama has reminded us that we are the change that we seek. In order to change and correct the toxic political climate he has requested that voters contact their congressional representatives and tell them to pass “The American Job Act Bill.”

Find your Senators and House Representative Congressman  and telephone, email, and/or use available internet sources to answer President Obama’s call to action.

The CNN.com's I-Report platform is an excellent tool to use to tell congressional leaders and your own representatives to pass "The American Job Act Bill." Posting I-Reports will allowed you to join in the political discourse, silence the Republicans opposition, and support President Obama.

Citizen journalists are allowed to post pictures, stories, and videos on CNN.com. Please join me and become a CNN I-Reporter. Your work will be reviewed and if selected and vetted it will appear on CNN’s platform including CNN network programs.

Fifteen of my I-Reports have been vetted and featured on CNN including one posted on July 29, 2011, titled “Urgent Message to Congressional Democrats”.

African-Americans like other races can’t control what other people say or their actions but we can do our part to determine our own fate and destiny. We can make this country a better place for us,our children, and our grand children. Starting today we can make a commitment to work tirelessly to reelect President Barack Obama in 2012.

On November 6, 2012, we can change the political landscape again by voting in record numbers for President Obama and democratic congressional candidates. By voting for democratic congressional candidates (excluding Blue Dogs Democrats) we can regain a majority in the House of Representatives and gain a larger majority in the Senate. Increasing a democratic presence in Congress will help us and help President Obama fulfill his vision of equality and justice for all Americans.

Tavis Smiley Is an Unapologetic Critic of President Obama

In a recent video interview on the Grio Tavis Smiley stated” that he is wrongly called a "critic" of the president, saying that holding the president accountable is his "job." "My job has always been to hold presidents accountable to the best interest of all Americans but specifically and unapologetically for [African-Americans].”

Every time I read or hear Tavis Smiley profess his unapologetically concerns for African-Americans it blows my mind. I can’t wrap my mind around the fact that he believes that it is his duty and right to hold President Obama accountable to us when many of us have voiced our opinion that we don’t want or need his help.

What is his true motivation for being one of the most vocal “debaters” of President Obama and his presidency? Could the sentiments expressed in my February 25, 2010, youtube video titled is Tavis Smiley Conspiracy – One Term for President Obama be true?

I believe that if Tavis Smiley truly has unapologetically concerns for African-Americans he would have used his platform(s), including his publishing company Smiley Books, to highlight a tangible and undeniable example of one form of racism – employment discrimination.

In 2006 and 2007 I mailed copies proposed chapters of my manuscript at Smley's request to him. One day while in the Los Angeles area, I hand delivered additional chapters of  now published book titled“Screwed by Former Governor and Attorney General Eliot Spitzer” to Smiley’s office.

Tavis Smiley had the ability to publish any book or  books at his descretion. He didn't publish my book. He also didn't use any of his media platforms to give the book or my Title VII Civil Rights of 1964 pro-se employment discrimination case and experience a national voice.

A voice that was needed then and even more today.I believe that 99 out of 100 Americans who reads this book with agreed with the direct evidence in it that my employment and judiciary RACISM was real.

Although I have a personal reason to distrust Smiley’s motives it is not about me entirely. Employment discrimination filings with the Equal Employment Commission have increased sufficiently since 2009. One recent victim of employment discrimination is Brenda Chaney, who is a black certified nursing assistant case was highlighted in an article titled “Is Discrimination Running Rampant in Our Long-Term Care Facilities?”

I was shocked and very happy after investigating Chaney’s case to discover that on July 20, 2010, the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit reversed the district court’s summary judgment motion dismissal of her lawsuit.

I believe that my unsuccessful David and Goliath battle with Eliot Spitzer and his staff of 450 attorneys is part of my divine purpose. I was created by God to shed light on employment discrimination. That light will encourage either President Obama to use an executive order to amend Title VII of the Civil Right of 1964 again or Congress to pass a bill to amend it. The Act needs to be amended again to prevent one federal judge from having the absolute authority to dismiss Title VII (employment discrimination) cases with summary judgment motions.

I believe that employment discrimination will decrease sufficiently once more victims of employment discrimination and retaliation survive frivolous summary judgment motions. Discriminating employers and organizations will no longer be able to abuse and misuse Federal Rules of Civil Procedures number 56 Summary Judgment to unjustly deny victimized Americans their right to have a jury decide their Title VII of the Civil Right of 1964 as amended cases.

Can Parts of American Job Act be Implemented with Use of Presidential Executive Order(s)?

Can Parts of American Job Act be Implemented with Use of Presidential Executive Order(s)?

America is facing an economic crisis that calls for immediate action by those in power in Washington. Some in the Republican Party are already voicing their disapproval of President Obama’s American Job Act speech by calling the same old speech. Therefore Senate Majority Leader Reid needs take the lead and introduce a version of the bill that requires congressional approval as soon as possible. The Republicans can either play politics and not let the measure reach the floor in the Senate or that they allow an up and down vote to pass the measures in the American Job Act.

In the event that the Senate and/or House of Representatives doesn’t pass the American Job Act with deliberate speed President Obama should use executive order(s) to implement portions of the Act to improve America’s economic health.

President Obama Can and Will Win 2012 Presidential Election

President Obama can win the 2012 Presidential election if African and Hispanic Americans unite and form a voting bloc that is committed to his re-election.

Although I don’t share the network’s political viewpoints, I watch the Fox News channel. I tune in to be knowledgeable of the conservative political agenda. One of the shows that I watched was “The Glenn Beck Show.” According to Beck, African-Americans were denied the right to vote because many Whites feared that our votes would change the political landscape of this nation.

On November 4, 2008, Beck’s theory about the power of the African-American vote became a reality. A coalition of voters of all races, including African and Hispanic Americans changed the political landscape of America. History was made when the United States of America elected Barack Obama as its first African-American president.

In a December 23, 2008, article TheDefendersOnline, stated in part: “that Obama owes his victory both to a substantial increase in the number of minority voters, and their overwhelming support of his candidacy. A look at the racial breakdown of Obama’s winning coalition yields some interesting food for thought:

• Black voters constituted 13 percent of voters, an increase from 11% in 2004
• Hispanics made up 9 percent of the electorate, up from 8 percent in 2004
• 95 percent of blacks and 67 percent of Hispanics voted for Obama
• 3 million more blacks cast ballots than in 2004”

The 2012 presidential election will present this nation’s voters with a choice of electing a Republican president and Republicans congressional members. By voting for Republicans Americans will also be choosing the Republicans’ political vision that appears to favor corporate America and the very wealthy.

The 2012 presidential election will give Americans the opportunity to re-elect President Obama and his agenda that includes providing quality education opportunities, signing a comprehensive immigration reform bill, passing The Dream Act, providing equality, and justice for all of America’s citizens. His historic appointments of a Hispanic-American, Associate Justice Sonia Sotomayor, and Associate Justice Elena Kagan to the United States Supreme Court; delivering on his promise to repel the military’s Don’t Ask Don’t Tell policy; and providing affordable health care for millions of Americans who did not have health care insurance are examples of him make this a more just and perfect nation.

President Obama will win again if African and Hispanic Americans show support of his candidacy by registering to vote, getting state identification cards made if they don’t have a driver’s license (many states require state issued IDs), volunteering to work at their local polling place, signing up on the Organizing for America website, making phone calls, donating money in any amount to the Democratic Party, blogging, posting positive responses to election coverage online, attending campaign events sponsored by the Democratic Party, going to the polls in record numbers, and voting as a bloc for him and democratic congressional candidates on November 6, 2012. The political landscape will be changed again when President Obama is reelected and the Democrats regain a democratic majority in the House of Representatives and gain a larger majority in the Senate.

President Clinton Purposely Hurts Pres Obama Re-Election Chances in 2012

Is Bill Clinton Secretly Campaigning for Hillary to Challenge Pres Obama in 2012?

On May 25, 2011, Bill Clinton told Republican Paul Ryan ““I hope Democrats don’t use this as an excuse to do nothing.” Clinton was referring to the Republicans demand that Democrats needs accept Ryan’s plan to end Medicare as we know it. I am a President Obama supporter and I don’t trust Bill Clinton motives and recent actions.

Bill and Hillary Clinton refusal to end her hopeless quest to secure the 2008 Democratic Presidential nomination has caused President Obama great hardship in governing. Now Bill has once again given Pres Obama opponents especially Ryan a tool to use against him during the debt ceiling debate and more importantly during the 2012 presidential election.

NOTE TO BILL AND HILLARY CLINTON, TAVIS SMILEY AND OTHERS THAT MAY HAVE A DESIRE FOR HILLARY TO CHALLENGE PRES OBAMA IN 2012: Your words, actions, and deeds will not go unchallenged this time. Additionally, Hillary can’t win in 2012 because African-Americans will not support her in a general election.

President Obama Forced to Show His Papers by Racist Demands by Donald Trump

The President of the United States of America Barack Obama Forced to Produce His Papers to Racist Demands Fueled by Donald Trump! I was sadden by the fact that it was NECESSARY that President Obama presents his PAPERS to prove to many in this country that he is a citizen of the United States of America. The above mentioned statement is crazy in and of itself.

The most powerful man in the world is being treated extremely poorly based on the color of his beautiful skin and not the content of his character. The question now becomes what will African-Americans do proactively to help this wonderful American, father, brother, nephew, friend, husband, and leader of the free world win re-election in 2012. The urgency is now we can’t wait. All Civil Rights leaders and organization and Mega churches must get involved in not only voter registration drives but also in education and helping our people to get government issued identification cards since many Republicans have passed laws that require voters to present in order to vote.

CALL TO ACTION: ON MONDAY MAY 23 2011 BOYCOTT FINALE OF CELEBRITY APPRENTICE AND WATCH MSNBC TO DEMOSTATE OUR APPRECIATION OF THAT NETWORK’S SUPPORT OF PRESIDENT OBAMA!

African-Americans Should Boycott Donald Trump's Celebrity Apprentice

Donald Trump you are fired. President Obama’s supporters especially African-Americans should boycott Trump’s show Celebrity Apprentice because of the lies he is spreading about President Obama's birth place. The problem is that 20% of people poll in a recent poll believes that Pres Obama isn’t an American citizen. Therefore, the fact that the Donald is telling this lie every chance that he gets gives the lie more legs.

As of today I will BOYCOTT Trump’s show Celebrity Apprentice. I will no longer watch it and I am requesting that you join me and not watch it either.

The National Urban League March 2011 address of the State of Black America

National Urban League - The State of Black America is being held at Howard University in Washington, DC from March 29, 2011 to March 31, 2011. Today’s discussion will include addressing the employment plight of African Americans and President Obama’s handling of that issue. If the Urban League is serious about addressing this issue in order for them to obtain real action they must elavate employment discrimination into the national debate. A very effective tool to advance this conversation is my book “Screwed by Former Governor and Attorney General Eliot Spitzer”.

What is Smiley true agenda for going to Washington DC on January 13, 2011?

Is Travis Smiley Using Race to Undermine President Obama?
On January 13, 2011, Tavis Smiley will lead a three hour discussion titled in America Next Chapter subtitled Recovering America Greatness. Even the title of his forum sounds a lot like Glenn Beck’s “Restoring Honor Rally.” Is Smiley like Beck trying to undermine President Obama’s presidency by using race?
